“Two things about this property that make it good: 1 is the location- short drive to historic lundrum and Tryon, 2 there is a hot tub. The parking is a narrow spot that fits a small crossover, SUV or sedan. uphill so difficult to get in and out of the car. The floor is coated concrete so like a garage. Smelled musty but once we got the dehumidifier going it went away. The chinsy bistro table is centered over a drain so it isn't stable. I used my foot to hold it down from wobbling. We ate out...

“The house is very clean and very well equipped. Our stay was for a one night stopover on our way to our final destination. We did feel at home in this cozy three bedroom rental. It served our needs very well and much easier than checking into a hotel. The house is conveniently located just off of I-26. Just like a hotel or any other rentals located just off of a major highway, there is a fair amount of truck and traffic noise. Ear plugs may be helpful for sleeping to help tame some of the road...

“Clean home and nice patio. Very close to TIEC”

“Great house! Will stay again!”

“A magical farm you won't want to leave! Plenty of room to roam and sit outside to enjoy nature during the day. At night we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub under the lit pergola. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed and loved that we had the option for A/C or a fan and that we could open the "garage" door on the unit for fresh air if we wanted. And finally, the best part of Alpine South, the family who runs it. They make you feel like you're staying with old friends from the moment...

“Bright, cozy house for good size family with behaved kids.”

“Lovely lakeside home (across a quiet street from the lake, but with access to a dock) near Tryon and Landrum. Spacious home with everything needed for a stay. Wonderful, responsive host.”

“Great property. Very clean, great location, more than enough space and plenty of beds!”

“Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything”
