Villa La Noria. Beautiful and magnificent villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa consists of 3 adjoining apartments with separate entrances all around a magnificent swimming pool with beautiful terraces offering stunning views. The villa is rented as a complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes drive from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the colder months), sensational views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about a 30 minute drive away. It has a lovely beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Nerja, with its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean, is around 1 hour away and the drive along the coastal road before turning for Comares is superb.
The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in the Axarquia, is charming. It is 5 minutes by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also several bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, 5 minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperatures throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalusia.

A car is essential in this villa to be able to make the most of your holiday.

You must pay a refundable damage deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask to be paid in cash. (if this is not possible a pre-authorization by card can be accepted). You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Please ensure our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit. Thanks!

All of our villas are located in beautiful natural surroundings and quiet village areas. Therefore, these houses are ideal for the holidays of families and groups who seek and appreciate these characteristics. Please therefore note that the villas are not suitable and available for loud parties.

Pet cost: €50 per pet.
Air conditioning cost: You pay for what you use.
There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, to be paid on arrival.
For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
