“I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Fort Des Moine. The room was lovely - l clean, spacious beautifully appointed with nice details. The bathroom was the same and extremely well lit. The staff could not have been more gracious. A real plus were the dining options. The food was delicious and their hours of operation were terrific for both the early riser and the late diner. This will not be my last stay.”

“I would say the hotel is nice and everything but the customer service is not the best. We had an issue with no hot water my eight year-old showered and only had hot water for a minute. Had to finish with an ice cold shower which she cried the whole time about.. and we were promised compensation after had to move our family of 5 at 10pm at night which isn't ideal with 3 kids.. We didn't receive and have yet to hear from the GM after emailing him directly. I think this is poor customer service on...

“A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. The rooms are outdated, but in good condition for the most part. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which was also...
