“The staff member who greeted us was extremely helpful and professional. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, such as a microwave and cutlery. The location was amazing and easy walking distance to the tennis. ”

“Fantastic apartment (modern, spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds), great location, super professional and friendly staff. Things that could be improved: - better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise - vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciated”

“I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment. They did daily cleans but that was all. Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space. The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV. Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer. My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. “Tvekade litet att boka igen trots en mycket bra vistelse fem år tidigare pga en del mer negativa recensioner på senare år, men var återigen mer än nöjd med vistelsen. Lägenhet (1 sovrum) var stor, bekväm och modern i mycket bra skick och utrustad med alla faciliteter. Fortsatt perfekt läge i trevlig stadsdel och nära kollektivtrafik (10 min till city). Återkommer definitivt vid mitt nästa besök i Melbourne. ”

“Bra lägenhetshotell för oss som föredrar att inte bo mitt i smeten i city men ändå ha nära kommunikationer och kollektivtrafik Plus: Rent och fräscht och utrustat för självhushållning. Mindre mataffär (IGA) finns 50 meter från hotellet och en större och bättre affär (Woolworths) på gångavstånd. Finns även många restauranger och cafeer på gångavstånd. “The room was spotless and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great position especially for sporting venues and has terrific amenities with bar and restaurant on site. The staff are absolutely wonderful. We could not be happier with everything! This is our second stay and certainly will not be our last. Would highly recommend and we thank you for making our two days amazing.”
