Bra läge, centralt till tåg och parkering. Nära till trevliga barer, restauranger och shopping. Trevlig personal! Nyrenoverade rum med fräscha badrum. Perfekt för en weekend i Como.

We had a wonderful stay at Albergo Firenze in Lake Como. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Excellent location.

A very well located hotel, in the center of Como and offering an easy parking option 5 min walk from the hotel at a small fee. Staff was adorable and breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Everything was super tasty ! Our room had all the necessary amenities but bathroom might need some refresh.

Albergo Firenze is a pleasant and friendly hotel. The double-room I stayed in was clean and satisfactory, if not rather basic. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-kept - something that's highly important for me. If you're spending plenty of time exploring the wonderful sights of Lake Como, the room should be adequate. Luxurious it is not, but it was fine for me. Breakfast is a continental one with plenty of choice, and friendly attentive staff. The dining room has lovely views over Piazza Volta. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel is also perfectly located, right in the centre of Como, and virtually bang in front of the Lake - which is simply breathtaking when you first see it. Despite it's location in the piazza, it was surprisingly quiet and perfect for exploring the area. The ferry for Bellagio is a two minute walk from the hotel. Getting to the hotel from Como St Giovanni station is a short 5-7 min walk. Also close by is the other station Como Lago Nord. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Albergo Firenze and would recommend it.

Die Lage des Hotels Firenze ist fantastisch. An einem sehr schönen Platz in der Fussgängerzonge. Perfekt. Aussergewöhnlich: Praktisch alle Restaurants hatten im November ihre Aussengastronomie Winterfest gemacht. Mit Wärmelampen bzw. Gasheizungen und Fellen. Sowie weihnachtlich dekoriert mit Lichterketten.

We loved the Albergo Firenze. The room was clean and well appointed and the view from the balcony was fabulous. The rooms were immaculate and the staff excellent. Would stay again.

Hotel localizado bem no centro de Como! Dá pra ir andando até a estação de trem se não tiver com muitas malas. Ótima estadia, quarto bem confortável e café da manhã honesto.

Illuminazione scarsa, pavimento poco pulito e costo eccessivo (252 euro per 2 notti senza colazione e in giorni feriali) considerando questi limiti. Hotel da ristrutturare e tariffe da rivedere.
