Bright 40-square-meter studio apartment with a large, sunny terrace, located on the third floor of a 1970s building, a short distance from Como’s historic center.

The apartment is extremely cozy and bright, equipped with all the main amenities, and the spacious terrace—furnished with a table, chairs, a barbecue, and outdoor furniture—is definitely a PLUS that’s almost impossible to find in this area!

The residential neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes from the Como Borghi FFNN train station.

The fully renovated apartment, located on the third floor, is accessible by elevator; please note, however, that there is a flight of stairs in the ground-floor entrance hall.

It consists of a single open space divided into a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a small closet, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, conventional oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Como, The tourist tax is €2 per person for the first 4 days of your stay. Children under 14 and people with disabilities are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Como Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

The accommodations are located in a residential area at the foot of Brunate Hill. There are several cafes and pastry shops near the apartment, and a pizzeria is just 200 meters away. Supermarkets are a short walk or short drive away.

The historic center is about 1.5 km away and is easily accessible on foot, by car, or by bus.

The Como Borghi station is the closest; trains reach downtown Milan in just 45 minutes.



The city of Como has a lively historic center dating back to medieval times (the “Città Murata,” or Walled City) and is rich in monuments and points of interest—such as the Duomo, the Teatro Sociale, and Villa Olmo. The lakeside promenade features an interesting variety of monuments and commemorative sculptures, making it an open-air museum. The Brunate funicular leads to a spectacular viewpoint from which, on the clearest days, you can even see the gleam of the Madonnina atop Milan’s Duomo. From the city of Como, you can set out on lake excursions via public ferry or private taxi boat, or embark on interesting hikes. You can go swimming at several beaches in the surrounding towns, such as Moltrasio, which is also home to a rowing club.
