In the heart of Como, just a few steps from the city’s main amenities, VICTORIA STUDIO 1 is a welcoming studio apartment that combines comfort and style in a well-designed and functional space.

The spacious open-plan layout is thoughtfully arranged to offer a well-organized environment where the living and sleeping areas blend harmoniously. The modern kitchen, in elegant sage green tones, is fully equipped for home-style cooking, while the dining table is ideal both for working and enjoying meals with company. Nearby, the comfortable double bed creates the perfect corner for rest, turning the apartment into a peaceful retreat to recharge after a day exploring the historic centre and the lakeside. The light-toned stoneware flooring and the stone-effect feature wall, shaded between grey and beige, add warmth and comfort to the space while enhancing its refined and minimalist design. The bathroom features a shower, ensuring maximum convenience.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several paid public parking spots in the area.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

VICTORIA STUDIO 1 is located in central Como, about 80 metres from the lively Piazza Vittoria and Porta Torre. From here, walking down Via Cesare Cantù, you can enter the historic centre and stroll along charming cobbled streets, lined with shops, cafés, restaurants, historic churches, and picturesque squares.

Within a 5–10 minute walk, you can reach some of the city's most iconic landmarks: the famous Piazza Duomo with its stunning cathedral and Broletto; the quaint Piazza San Fedele, dominated by the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the city’s best-known shopping streets; and Piazza Volta, a lively meeting point popular for outdoor drinks and evening gatherings all year round.

In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach Piazza Cavour, the city’s largest square overlooking the lake, where boats from Navigazione Lago di Como depart to the lake’s most enchanting destinations (like Cernobbio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna). Also nearby, with a pleasant walk or a rented city bike, you can reach Villa Olmo and its enchanting park via the scenic lakeside promenade starting from the Hangar. Alternatively, you can head toward Villa Geno, along the picturesque Viale Geno lakeside path. At the beginning of the avenue, you’ll find the funicular station leading to Brunate and its lighthouse—a perfect panoramic spot to admire the lake, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant, or begin exploring the mountain trails dotted with traditional alpine huts.



How to get there:

By car: From the A9 motorway exit "Como Centro", the apartment can be reached in about 10 minutes via GPS, passing through Via Pasquale Paoli.

By train: From the Como S. Giovanni station, take bus C70 and get off at "Piazza Vittoria" (7 stops, about 10 minutes). From the Como Lago station, take bus number 7 and also get off at "Piazza Vittoria" (5 stops, about 5 minutes). From there, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk away.
