“It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. “This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...
