However, once we got there they told us in the reception that we couldn't have an extra bed in the room (even though this is what we had booked and I had even sent a message to the hotel reminding about that on hotels.com). “The T.V was not working when we checked in. We noticed and notified them right away. The front desk person came to fix it but then we left to the store. When we came back the T.V was never fixed. When I called them, they said they were closed already and we had to wait till the next day. We checked out the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids.”
