“Host was readily available for any questions or concerns and quickly addressed some maintenance that had to be done (such as filling oil tank due to extreme cold we had). She gave me plenty of notice and I could choose to be there or not. Living room was comfortable and I liked having a good working recliner. She also supplied a TV at my request before I had arrived.
