“This house is rough with exposed wiring, peeling paint, and literally holes in the wall. No house number, missing mailbox, broken trash can. If you're visiting in season, I'm sure it's great for boating, fishing, etc., but if you're simply looking for a place to sleep, it's poor. Overpriced for the condition.”

“The property was great. A very beautiful first floor apartment on the water! The property was very neat and clean.We saw geese with their babies, turtles, and beavers in the water. It was very close to everything around it; coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Definitely can’t wait to stay in the future!”

“Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The kitchen was nicely supplied with coffees, milk, fruit juice, and some nice snacks. Parking was easy, though we had to keep track of which side to park on which...

“It’s an older house, but nicely updated, very clean and lots of amenities! The host was awesome and made the stay extra special. We were there for graduation and she had lots of decorations for us which was very thoughtful, she checked in with us frequently, would recommend ”

“Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. Off the dock it was very weedy and mucky, but it was fun to watch the fish and snakes. Inside there was ample room to either be together or find quiet places to read or relax. The kitchen was WELL-stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware. The cooking...
