“The host was very quick to respond to questions I had. The charming little house was clean and bright. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a full coffee pot. He did have a keurig that uses pods though. I would definitely rent again and suggest this house to someone needing a place to stay.”

“The place was very nice and clean. We had a great time having competitions on axe throwing and horseshoes. The place was close to the lake where our guide picked us up. We really enjoyed and we will have to come back sometime. Thanks”

“Everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing getaway to Toledo bend. The hot tub, view from the dock, and the fire pit were standouts among the amenities. If you need a chance to get away from everything hustle and bustle and ground yourself in perfect seclusion, this is the spot!”

“I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area.”

“Very nice place. had an excellent stay. I would suggest to owner that they not make renters wash the towels used as I feel this should be left for cleaning crew. Just my opinion.”
