“The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...
