“This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings.”

“Mr McCoy was the absolute best! He helped my sister and I grill our steaks because we had never grilled before and forgot the George Foreman 😅 he made sure we had everything we needed! Amazing host! And we loved Rocco! The room was cozy and clean! The land was beautiful! Thank you for letting us stay!”

Spotless, comfortable furnishings and beds and everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy time with family. The hosts are super responsive and even provide a treat at time of check in. “We enjoyed our stay overall. We needed more in the kitchen to be able to cook/eat and there were some broken doors. We mentioned one of the broken doors to the host and they were apologetic and thanked us for bringing it to their attention. We would have loved to have had better pots/pans/utensils and dishes to use!”
