Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. ”

“Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. “Wow!!! What an amazing home and amazing views. The views are spectacular at anytime of day/night!! I highly recommend this house. We stayed here with family and friends and watched our boys play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the park. There’s a nearby grocery store, awesome deli with amazing employees, a Dunkin Donut that we went to all the time. “We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
