“The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. ”

“Great location in the center of the village meant a short walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame, shops and restaurants. It was only a few minutes to the Farmer's. Museum. The ride around the lake is beautiful. The proximity to Oneonta provides another local area to enjoy.”

“We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.”
