“Great locataion, close to bars and restaurants in Midtown. The area is quiet (as opposed to the very busy downtown Broadway area). Spacious room, a bonus is that our room was equipped with a washing machine. Free parking on the street outside the hotel. A downside was the sheets and one towel were dirty, otherwise clean. ”

The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent.

“Perfect location - short walk to broadway - I can’t say anything bad about the hotel but - as in a lot of places - they need to see where the wear and tear is happening before the guests do. The pool area needs a bit of help to keep up to the standards that this bras is all about. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping, bar, front desk and property maintenance were so friendly and nice! Well done ”

Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
