Kære Dan, Mange tak for din overnatning på Copenhagen Strand og for at tage din tid til at dele din oplevelse med os. Vi er kede af at oplevelsen af jeres ophold ikke levede op til forventningerne og at vores mindre dobbelt værelse med balkon ikke levede op til jeres behov. På Copenhagen Strand tilbyder vi ikke aircondition på nogle af vores værelser, men vi forstår til fulde behovet for at kunne køle værelset ned til en behagelig temperatur om sommeren. Vi har derfor installeret tårnventilatorer på alle vores værelser som vi håber kan være med til at hjælpe på de varme sommerdage. Vi er dog kede af at dette ikke var tilstrækkeligt for jer. Vi vil altid gøre vores bedste for at finde en løsning hvis noget på værelset ikke fungerer optimalt og alternativt sørger for ekstra ventilatorer på værelset. Vi beklager at I blev forstyrret af vores nabobygning, dette vil vi naturligvis sørger for at rette op på. Endnu engang tak for dele jeres oplevelse.
