With views to small gardens and the forest in the background the ground floor Studios opens up to their surroundings with huge windows flooding the space with daylight all year around.
The studios are simple, aesthetic with a warm interior and functional with a full kitchen, large kingsize bed and clean and new bathrooms. Refurbished May 2023.
The Space:
As you park your car right outside your window and enter the beautiful building the sound proofed concrete hallways lead you to your easy accessible ground floor Studio apartment.
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
You enter the apartment into a small wardrobe and Kitchen area by HTH, which is a Danish kitchen brand known for high quality and a modern and simple Scandinavian look. There’s a stove, full oven, half fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary bio capsules and plenty of storage.
To your right is the bathroom covered with grey tiles and designed with a scandinavian minimalistic feel to it with everything you need from Meraki hand and body soap to hot water that never runs out.
Straight ahead the open living space with a large kingsize bed (180x200cm) with a nice pillow selection all hypoallergenic.
There’s a well sized dining table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals and get work done and of course a huge 50” smartTV by Samsung to kick back, relax and watch your favorite show. Netflix is already installed and on us.
The Neighborhood:
Next to the forest, the picturesque lakes along Mølleåen and Charming Kongens Lyngby (Kings Lyngby), yet only a 20 minute drive, or train ride, from central Copenhagen, this is a sweet spot for a family or business visit to our capital.
Bring your coffee and danish from the great local bakery Vinthers to one of the rooftop terraces along the 800 meter lush and super unique pathwalk built on the roof of our aesthetic building. Later on if you need to go into the city jump on the S-train,, around the corner for a 20 minute ride to Nørreport station.
If you have the day off head for the canals through the woods for a charming boat ride with “Baadfarten”. If you feel adventurous the local canoe rental is great for a family day.
Getting Around:
The S-train station Sorgenfri is 200 meters from the apartment and takes you to the Nørreport, inner Copenhagen in 20 minutes.
