The king suite is actually two rooms which could be useful for some people but the sitting area has no window. Ms Mel in the spotless breakfast area brightens up a rainy morning with her cheerful service. “When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk. Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row. I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”
