âUpon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. âGreat staff, very nice breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water are always available at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable room has all amenities needed. My only problem was a heavy walker in the room above me, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about. I'll stay there again, will just request a top floor room.â
âMy stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didnât lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. â
