“Fantastic”

“Great stay at a great pub with good well priced food, room clean and well maintained. Only problems, finding somewhere to eat Monday night and as a business traveller would have like breakfast to be served a little earlier. Although the breakfast tray was good.”

“Trevliga stora rum, dock ganska slitna. För långt och osäkert för att gå till staden. ”

“Very reasonable. Close to the Sea. Quiet and clean. Excellent for families or couples.”

“Very nice place. The interior was fresh and cozy with many details. In the garden you could sit and have a drink if you didn’t want to sit in the salon Excellent breakfast. Situated in a nice area in the city, 10 minutes walk to the seafront and another 10 minutes to the pier. We appreciated the free parking inside the yard. The girls working there were nice and helpful. It was a hot day and there were no air conditioning, but the fan was quite ok.”

“Great room, great hosts, no complaints, even got a tour of the farm, so so lovely!”

“Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood.”

“Very clean, excellent breakfast and the host was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Trevlig och omtänksamt värdpar. Nyrenoverat rum som var rent och fint. Trevlig engelsk by. ”

“Your smiley-model-looking-silky-voice-tall-guy-artistic-father-of-five-contract-builder David will make your stay comfy. Artsy home. Smooth stay. Great breakfast. Nice bed with large pillows x4. Good value for money 👍”

“Lovely quiet spot, great for having a drink in the garden after a day out. Pet friendly which was great. The dog was able to stay in the room and go in the bar too which was nice. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. The bathroom was clean but not a deep clean level as there was dust and grime around the toilet. The towels were plentiful and clean. The bedding was clean but the divan itself had a stain as...

“Do not expect any spa. Spa hotel is just a name . Rooms are clean. Free parking in the street. Wifi does not reach the top floor. A short walk to the pier and beach. ”

“Amazing staff. Super helpful”

“Really friendly local pub, all staff friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Nice quiet area. The food was really good and the beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.”
