“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. But there were a couple of minor issues. I found the steep steps to the bedrooms very hard to use as I have a sore knee. And ended up sleeping on the couch Also the front steps I feel needed a rail to hang on to or a ramp with my walker But overall the house was excellent and we would happily stay again.”

“Overall the property was lovely - homely, welcoming and comfortable. The area was quiet, with easy access to the beach. There were small touches that were disappointing, which were more reflective on the cleaning/management company than the building itself: * the downstairs bathroom light fitting had been removed, left in the vanity complete with dead insects, and had no light bulb. * the downstairs bathroom only had one small light above the mirror which worked.* the downstairs bedroom with...

“This is a very pet friendly place. Has a dog beanbag, food and water bowls, a box of dog toys, 5’ (1.4m) high secure fencing and a veranda containment gate.Obviously people were taking the pegs, so bring your own pegs.Grab yourself a bag of wood at the servo for the Coonara (some fire lighters onsite) if you like the ambiance of a fire.Beautiful sea and beach nick nacks added to the atmosphere (please don’t steal them).Quite and friendly neighbourhood. We’ll be back.”

“The property is well located, only a short walk to the beach and parklands. It is a great size for a family to spread out and has all the expected amenities. It was clean and well presented. We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property manager.Would definitely stay again!”

“The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Great property. Clean great bedding and well appointed”

“The number for the property has bird poop in it so made it hard to see number 1.rooms were great. ( one bedroom had blood on the wall near the bed.) toilets only had a small amount of toilet paper on it with no spares, luckily we brought our own.suggestion to add white paint line on black deck, so steps can be seen better, a member fell because couldnt see step down. the white hand rail banister on bottom was very loose. front board walk in near front steps has broken slat, it will break...

“The host was fantastic, we showed up 40 minutes earlier than expected and we called the host. They very cordially welcomed us and let us check in early. The house was clean, beds were ready and set for our adventure. The property has its own private pool which is fantastic for the kids. There are four floors and initially I was worried being pregnant and travelling with my father who has weak knees but to my surprise the stairs weren't high, they were small steps and not too many to climb to get...

“Lovely first impression. Bed was comfortable though a little small. Great facilities. Close to beach and shops. Only down side for us was the pet friendly back garden had no connectivity to the house. Only useable gate was next to the garage which meant walking out to the front driveway to access and she couldn’t be left. Also access to under the house was a concern. Inside was no problems. We would happily visit again.”

“Very well appointed apartment. Pool toys and colouring books for our kids, lovely linen and everything you could need in the kitchen! Wish we had stayed a whole week!”

“Kilcunda Coast House was a very cute cottage set on a picturesque landscape with a view that you could stare at for hours! We went with our four ‘studying’ children so they could somewhat enjoy their exam preparation period. This cottage hit the mark with the wood fire, the large and well-equipped kitchen to prepare study snacks in, the coffee (fresh beans!) machine and comfortable beds. It didn’t necessarily bother us as we weren’t watching TV a lot but for some reason, we could only tune into...

“We all enjoyed the house especially the hot tub. Great spot for a getaway with family.”

“This tiny home is beautifully presented and just as described. We very much appreciated the quiet and the lovely animals too. ”

“Fantastic property, very clean and close to amenities. Host has provided so many things beyond our expectations. Thanks to owner or management. I would love to rebook this property, if get opportunity to stay Philip island.FYI:- Not all cooking stoves were working and exhaust on top of cook stoves was not working. Which already informed to management.”

“Great location, with water views. Just a short walk to the jetty, boat ramp, tavern, fish and chips and cafes. The house was a great space with big rumpus room with pool table and TV for kids and big kids! The gas log fire helped make our stay very cozy. Garden was small but secure for pets and children. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend!”

“Tutto molto confortevole. Casa wow. Ottimo host. Posto molto bello... Qualità prezzo ottimale Spazi curati e accoglienza familiare.”
