“Wonderful vistas, plenty of room, meticulously clean, great kitchen & amenities, garage was a bonus, and location couldn't be better!! Fantastic!!”

“It was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Near the ARK as advertised. Dollar store was not far.”

“This is a nice clean - and well organized small home - minutes from the Ark. What we really liked was the proximity to the Ark and downtown within walking distance. What made it not the perfect stay for us was that the home is on a busy street - and everyone seems to own a loud truck - also the heating/ cooling system was loud. If you are city folkes and use to more noise - this would not bother you. We recommend ear plugs and eye coverings at night. Perfect location, clean, organized easy...

“Clean, quiet and comfortable beds! The single road for 2 way traffic is at moments difficult to navigate but it’s only a couple miles. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend for a small group!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood. Great host everything was turnkey”

“We loved our time here. The property was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. All the little touches made a big difference, and the location was convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone.”

“Host was good to work with. Property was good. Was close enough for a visit to the Ark the next morning.”

“Clean & cute property. Comfortable beds. The train mentioned was not a big issue but road traffic was. Only place to sit outside was on front porch & we had to stop our conversation as traffic passed by. Would we stay again, yes.”

“Perfect for our family of 5! The home already has all the essentials there. The property was beautiful and relaxing. We used the fire pit one night and made s'mores. The home was very accommodating, tv’s in every room, and a front porch to enjoy. We loved our stay and i’m sure we’ll be back.”

“We loved everything about it. The layout and location was perfect. The drain in the main Bathroom was messed up, but everyone took showers (so it was okay).I was not sure if we needed to strip the beds, so we did. Also, we took out all our trash. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would like to come again. It was especially nice to have my daughter experience the ARK.Thank youKen”

“This property was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter! The house was clean and had everything we needed! My sons really enjoyed the game room and the toys upstairs!”

“Doesn’t look like the pictures. Couldn’t get a hold of the host at all ”

“Clean and quiet space. Close to the Ark Encounter.”

“Great place to stay near the Ark. This place was very clean and was able to easily accommodate our family of 8. Our young kids and older children all had fun with the air hockey table and pac man game. The beds are incredibly comfortable too which makes for a great way to end the day! We highly recommend to stay here when you visit Williamstown.”

“The house was comfortable; the decor was really nice and the view from the back of the property was amazing. The property was close to The Ark Encounter which was nice, and the owner checked in on my family and I several times during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“Ideal location for Ark Encounter. Just down the road was a park and great icecream and food. It was decorated pretty and beds were comfy. Huge closets.”

“This home was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the two futons down stairs were perfect for our two teenagers. Be sure to walk out on the deck in the evenings to check out the fire flies. The kitchen was well equipped including a griddle. The house came with excellent recommendations of places to visit and local attractions. It is centrally located to a lot of places within 45 minutes you can be at the Newport Aquarium, The Creation Museum, or the Louisville Slugger factory. The host was...
