“Wonderful newer hotel close to the cool MacCurtain Street area. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room cleaning was hit or miss - not bad just not what we expected. Staff was excellent!”

“Room was in good condition and clean but there was very poor noise proofing. Was kept up by outside noise the first night. But they did move us and the second room was much better. ”

“Very nice and modern hotel, it seams like a part of chain of hotels, medium priced and good value. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Vending machines and a surprisingly good bar. We never tried the restaurant but were very happy to see their offers for kids. Probably great for families. What I’ll remember most though is the staff. Super efficient and extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you!”

“While the strong point of this hotel was its central location there were many issues. The lift was very unreliable on the way up with door closing after a few seconds of opening. The life then wouldn't return and I had to climb 7 flights of stairs to where my room was. The shower hot water was unreliable, it would come one for one minute and then go cold. “Online Coupley Court seemed like a colourful and unique place to stay at. In reality it was the opposite. Grey and dark. Literally dark since the lightning in both the room and kitchen was very bad and dim. You couldn't see a thing in the hallway mirror in the room since there was no light at all as you came in. “The location was good and the property manager communicated well, and that was all of the "good" I could find. Moldy smell, wifi didn't work. Curtains falling off, and the worst was no sheets, just a mattress cover and there was a hair on the pillow. Needless to say I left. I did not stay. If you have any mobility issues at all, not good. The stairs to the loft bed steep. There is a sign stating to back down. Would not recommend”
