“The staff at the hotel need a charm education. We never received a "hello" or a welcoming smile from any of the staff, either it was the front desk staff, lady in red, the doormen, the cleaning staff or the security staff. They either tried to avoid eye contact or simply didn't bother. We never felt at home at the hotel, as a so called 5 star hotel suppose to make you feel (or any other hotel for that matter). Will never stay at this hotel again. ”

“Great Value for money! The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut. I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support. Recommended for long stays, super convenient!”

“+The room was big and nice + Breakfast and dinner at the Lebanese restaurant was perfect! -The service at the reception is poor. The manager was rude. -the pool was so crowded. "Hamra Urban Gardens Beirut (room 408) +Smoke-free room. +Location, near everything, restaurants, cafés, grocery store. +Free and good Wi-Fi, air-condtion, refrigerator, kettle, safe box, TV. +Gym and bar. +Swimming pool (closed during winter time), couldn't see how it was, so no pictures from me. +Friendly and helpfull staff. -No water bottles in the room. +/- Didn't get to chance to try their food/breakfast as I had to leave early, but I did try the "cake" they have in the store next to the entrance. It's a nice place but the traffic around the area is chaos during the day if you go by car/taxi."
