"Underbar personal, stort hotell utan att kännas opersonligt. Mycket bra mat i a la carte restaurangerna, buffén som förväntat. Stort och fint rum. Allt på hotellet är väldigt ordnat med massor av underhållning och aktiviteter. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!"

"Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing."

"Sunset at the Palms är unikt, en oas i Negril. Man bor i par-bungalows på träpålar mitt i en botanisk trädgård (därför inte så lämpligt för den som inte klarar av trappan upp). Bästa delen av stranden"
