Sea the View has 270 degree views of the beach, ocean, waterways, and bay. The unobstructed ocean view is beautiful! The 3-story home contains over 3000 sq. feet, has 5 bedroom, 5 baths, 2 large wrap around decks, and 1 sun deck. Each floor has an ocean view. The living areas and all bedrooms have smart flat screen TVs. The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom, 3 baths, a full kitchen with a seated island, dining area, living area, and spectacular views from the large wrap-around covered deck. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

The third floor has 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub), a wet bar area with full-sized refrigerator, dining area, living area, and incredible views from its covered deck and its sun deck.

Additionally, the kitchen and 3rd floor wet bar, is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and silverware. Anything a chef could want to prepare meals. High speed WI-FI internet is available throughout. There is also a laundry room. Sterilized Pack N’ Play, Portable high chair, and stroller are available upon request.

The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include heated pool, large hot tub, and a small park area. You are in town, so you can drive by golf cart. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only.

Sea the View is located in-town, faces the beach, is adjacent to the neighborhood’s beach walk, and overlooks the heart of SandFest. Sea the View is conveniently located within 5 minutes of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, the City of Port Aransas Marina, the ferry landing, and La Palmilla Golf Course.
