“Our stay at this house was very comfortable. It accommodated all of our family’s needs. We were 15 people and we all slept comfortably! The swimming pool is right outside the back door of the house and the beach is about a 3 minute walk away. The host did an amazing job at communicating with us from beginning to end. If you want a clean, comfortable and fun home, this one will not disappoint. ”

“We stayed at this property almost 3 weeks while visiting family in Corpus and it was terrific. Management Company was great, any issues were handled quickly and pleasantly. The pool was great for our 9 and 12 yr old grandchildren. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer in unit was convenient, beds were comfortable, unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful couple of days even though the weather wasn’t cooperating! The townhome fit our needs and the pool etc. was added fun. I only wish the kitchen had been better equipped (ie silver ware, plastic bowls/lids, liquid dish soap, paper towels) and maybe extra bath towels.”

“This was our third visit to Village by the Beach w/ Padre Escapes. Our unit was just as stated, clean and ready for us. There was plenty of space for grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 2 boys 13 and 9.Pools were great and we loved being so close to the beach.We had a small hiccup when we got locked out of the condo, but with a couple of phone calls, since it was Sunday night we had a response in about 15 minutes and all was good.We can't wait for our next trip!”
