Beachtoberfest-öppningar !!!! AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS !!!

30 minuter från Corpus Christi och bredvid Newport Dunes, en Arnold Palmer signaturgolfbana, har detta 3 våningar direkt strandhus en gård som är nästan 3/4 av en tunnland som bakar upp till havet. Huset ligger i Mustang Royale, ett av de mest livfulla och färgglada stadsdelarna i Port Aransas. Den sitter i en återvändsgränd utanför misshandlad spår men ger tillgång till en gemensam pool bara några hus borta.

Du kan inte slå den här vyn! Varje sovrum i huvudbyggnaden öppnar upp till en stor balkong med utsikt över Texas Gulf, så att du kan somna och lyssnar på vågorna. Dessutom har vi en vacker studio på bottenvåningen som sover upp till 4 (denna del av huset är valfritt från 15 september till 15 maj (lägre pris utan lägenhet)). Njut av soluppgången från en av de två stora bakdäcken och se solnedgången från framdäcken. Den avskilda bottenvåningen har en privat sittgrupp, grill och utomhusdusch. Det finns även ett professionellt massagebord på plats!

Detta hem rymmer alla semestermål. Den sitter i en avskild cul-de-sac utanför misshandlad spår men ger tillgång till en gemensam pool bara några hus bort. Alla båtar och vattenfartyg måste parkeras helt i uppfarten men om det behövs kan du parkera din båt på Port Aransas Municipal Marina i upp till fem dagar utan kostnad. Så ta med hela familjen, inklusive de furrymedlemmarna, eller njut av lite privatliv i ditt romantiska reträtt.

Numerous misrepresentations - was told there was a high chair and stair gate - neither could be found, but the Management company purchased and delivered shortly. Trash was still in trash cans, place was quite dirty, including pet or animal waste in driveway and walks. Dishwasher rack was busted, numerous lights missing or out. Was told beach furniture in garage but garage was inaccessible. On the positive, very close to beach with nice views and was provided golf cart for most of week.

Amazing Location!

This house is awesome for its location and view. We loved the big porch where we could eat meals and listen to the waves and the walk to the beach was short. The house had all of the essentials that we needed and worked well for our family. The kitchen is minimally furnished and could use a few new pots/pans, but really we had no complaints. If you want to be close to the beach, this is a great spot!

End of Summer Beach Time

The family had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay, we had a great location and the view was incredible , the house had all the amenities your needed required for a great stay and I was really was pleased with being able to take the golf cart from the house to the beach on the boardwalk, would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing Location and Great Home Owner!

This location is just about unbeatable! We had an unobstructed view of the ocean from the top patio and the boardwalk is just a short walk down the neighborhood. The house was pretty well taken care of and well stocked for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen had black mold on the ceiling . The bathroom on the second floor had black mold in the bathtub. The ceiling fan in room on second floor fell out of the ceiling in the middle of the night. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher. The attic cover was falling apart. There were several door facings that were broken or had water damage . The couch in living room had tears and holes on the side. There was a missing blind in master bedroom you could see inside the room from outside had to put a towel up . I contacted the host on the first day and everyday after that there was something everyday that was wrong. On Tuesday when ceiling fan fell she offered a refund so we left. We got married here 13 years ago and very disappointed in the maintenance of the house it was such a beautiful place then. The host was nice and worked with us on everything just sad that we weren’t able to enjoy it.

Great beach front location!

Our whole family loves the sounds and the beauty of the ocean and the location couldn't have been better. We appreciated the host allowing us to bring our fur babies too for their first ocean experience. Everything about the house was very convenient and made for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Nice Beach House

We had a great time at this pet friendly beach house. You can hear the sound of the waves 24/7! The location to the beach was perfect. Quick walk and you are on the sand! Nice view from the house too. The kitchen was great for cooking dinners. The owner was very quick to answer questions and was super nice. We would definitely rent again.

Return-to-Aransas

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Beachfront Baby. The view is great and the beds are comfortable; the location is convenient to Port Aransas proper and not far from Corpus. The beach was disappointing, especially compared to the days when we lived in Austin and came to Port Aransas on vacation, because of the vast line of vehicles allowed on the beach & associated traffic. Access to the beach from the house was good. We did have a couple of problems at the house: (a) the clothes dryer required multiple cycles to dry a load;(b) front door lock malfunctioned; (c) the outdoor shower was a nice convenience when returning from the beach but the valve was tempermental, difficult to find the sweet spot when it was off; (d) there are some lights that are burned out or not working; (e) in the kitchen, measuring cups & spoons were inadequate.

Family Vacation

This house has plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio. Short walk to the pool and the beach. Jennifer, (management) responded quickly to all my question. Enjoyed our stay.

Very restful vacation!

The house was very nice, had everything we needed. It for our group of 9 very well. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the pool and beach but it wasn’t a far walk to either. One thing to note was the locks were a little weird sometimes but overall it was a great stay.

Needs Improvement

The front and back yard is FULL of very aggressive and sticky cockleburs. If you have kids watch out-flipflops won’t help much for protecting your feet! AC was out in bottom level. We slipped in the driveway on black moss patches by the garage door. The door frame of the bottom unit is rotted out. The stair tread from bottom to second floor exterior is about to break in half. Kitchen faucet is broken, toliet paper holder in spare bath is partially off the wall, master bath toliet stopped up multiple times and master bath sink has no stopper and a strainer was provided but won’t allow drainage. Broken chairs on 3rd story balcony, master bedroom door won’t open to balcony due to rust. Rusted and broken metal chairs left laying in a corner of balcony rusting to bits of nothing, master bedroom TV was approx 24” hanging sadly on the wall, rotted boards in celing crawl space between master bed and bath. I’ll stop here but there is more. Reported to property manager with pics. No reply other than sent AC repair guy at 5 pm first night for bottom unit room. She did drop a plunger to us at one point.

Port A Beach Kids for life!

Great location. View was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped. Thanks for the champagne. Just a few not so great comments, mosquitos are really bad, kitchen pots, pans and sheet pans are old, bent and the Teflon is peeling off pans, so food was sticking. We looked for a pancake gridle but could not find one🤷‍♀️The drawer on the bottom of the stove is really dirty. There are several unsightly broken chairs on upper deck pushed to back of deck that need to be thrown away. as you walk out the door straight ahead a little to right there is one of the deck railings spindles that is lose. Our 2-year-old grandson did find this for us.😨 Also, the upper deck water spicket knob has rusted off so we could not use to wash off deck after meals. My husband hand carried pitchers of water to wash off deck we had a few drinks spill and food fell on deck, so we wanted to leave it clean. We enjoyed watching the early morning thunderstorm and rain from deck. We did lose power, but we went out for breakfast. My husband contacted manager and power was back on by 11am. As a kid, me my parents and siblings spent out summer vacations on Port A. We did not stay in such an extravagant place a Beachfront Baby we stayed at Spanish Village in Port A. Now we bring our kids and grandson and usually stay in our RV. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful beach house. 🏖️
