    Du kan enkelt sova 8 i denna första våningen, två våningar enhet som kommer med en king size-säng, queen size bäddsoffa och en komplett / dubbelsäng våningssäng med en tvilling storlek triss säng. Du kommer verkligen njuta av de vackert inredda interiören som kommer att innehålla bekväma möbler, graniträknare, lövträd och lugnande färgscheman. Den öppna och luftiga planlösningen har ett fullt utrustat rostfritt kök, matsal, vardagsrum och badrum på första våningen. Båda sovrummen ligger på andra våningen och alla har eget badrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också på andra våningen.

Master bedroom was 10/10 Second bedroom was 5/10 mattresses are wore down .. you can feel the springs in them. They need to be replaced. But overall the house was great!!

Walls between units are paper-thin, so we heard all the laughter and walking around in the adjoining units. Refrigerator wouldn't close all the way by itself, so we had to keep checking it. Wifi wasn't working, but mgt company helped me with a workaround. Overall, very nice.

I booked a three-night stay over the Fourth of July weekend for my family of eight. We stopped at HEB before arriving and spent several hundred dollars on groceries, planning to cook and have BBQs throughout the weekend.The next morning, we discovered that the refrigerator was not working. All of the ice in the freezer had melted, and our milk and other dairy products had already spoiled. There was a sign on the refrigerator stating that it could take up to 24 hours to cool. I don't understand why a refrigerator would be turned off before guests arrive, especially when check-in isn't until 4:00 p.m. It seems like it should be fully cooled and ready for use before new guests check in.When my husband pulled the refrigerator out to make sure it was plugged in correctly, several cockroaches scattered from behind it. That was extremely concerning, especially since we had so much food with us.I contacted maintenance, and they came out the same day. The maintenance technician explained that the drain hose was badly clogged, that it was an ongoing issue, and that the refrigerator would most likely need to be replaced. The only solution offered was a small mini fridge. Unfortunately, a mini fridge was nowhere near adequate for over 700 worth of groceries, and it also arrived dirty. As a result, we lost money from spoiled groceries, including milk and other refrigerated items, and had to purchase additional coolers just to try to save the rest of our food. We also had the ongoin

Cute place, closish to beach... uncomfortable beds and dirty floo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I found the location great close to beach but still maybe a 5 minute drive depending on what part you want to go to. The construction on the road is what was most problematic to get to the beach but we all know that will be done. Pool was a good size and plenty of people were able to be there at the same time. The size of the Condo was great 3 full baths which was great when you have 8 people staying there. We weren't all on top of each other either. A few complaints, the floors were dirty when we got there. And the amount of fee we get charged for a cleaning I would think that wouldn't have been a problem. (But this is also not a deal breaker) but the beds!!! OMG I understand it's probably expensive to get a condo with beds and dishes and stuff in there. But man where the beds the most uncomfortable things ever. Everyone of is even the kids woke up complaining. I would just recommend the owner invest I'm better mattresses if I had any suggestions

Just okay

It didn't take too long after we got there to realize this place was not cared for as well as all the places we've stayed in the past. I thought it was odd that I couldn't find any grilling tools so I called. I was able to speak to somebody, but the best they could do was offer to call back, which they never did. The floor felt sticky and not that clean, there was a spider web under the kitchen counter, no cutting board, only 8 spoons, many things we pulled out of kitchen drawers and cabinets looked dirty. The kitchen faucet is clogged with minerals so the rinse feature is useless. The AC vent in the kids bedroom is really loud (I noticed dampers upstairs are all in shut position for some reason). The door mat outside in the back is falling apart. This all adds up to giving an impression of a property that doesn't get good care. Apparently some Texas regulation requires them to leave nothing in the kitchen. Not salt or pepper, no saran wrap, nothing. I bought a grill brush and left it there so at least future renters will have that! Finally, the listing says this is a new property. To me that means built within the last year, maybe two. That is definitely not the case. This property is not that bad and we still had a good vacation, but not good enough to stay again or recommend. You can easily get more for your money somewhere else.

Great for Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay with our family of 6 consisting of kids ranging from 15 to 1 year old. The community pool was great and the short drive to the beach pleasant. The management team was prompt and responsive which made checking in and out a breeze. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

My New Favorite Condos in Corpus Christi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo from Aug 5-8, 2016. His daughter, her husband and 2 kids visited us during the day. The kids(6 & 8) could have spent all day in the pool. The adults loved it too. The unit was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily walk to the strip center behind the resort, and everything else we needed was within a mile. I've rented condos and houses several times a year for over 20 years, and right now, this one is our favorite, mostly due to the pool and playground.
