“We had a super time at the Little Rose Cottage relaxing and fishing. Even on the rainy days, we worked a couple puzzles and explored the area. Would highly recommend this quaint cottage equipped with comfort.”

“We loved our stay! The house has a great use of space and our family of four never felt crowded. The pool was spotless and refreshing. The neighborhood was very quiet but close enough to town not to be inconvenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were delightful. We were very comfortable and would definitely book again. “The home is located perfectly for fishing, visiting the beach, and going to the store because we always gorget something 😀. The back yard is lovely for BBQ the pation has perfect space under an awning so you can enjoy the outdoors with out being in the sun. Coffee in the porch is also nice, if you're lucky you get to see deer grazing in the yard across the street.”

“Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. ”

“This coastal cottage was perfect for a quick getaway. All the interior touches and prime location made this home a star upon arrival. We so enjoyed the side deck with table and chairs. The view of the Chapel on the Dunes was an extra bonus, thanks Jim for your hospitality and Becky for great communication and easy check in. We would love to come back.”

“I loved how easy it was to check in. Super close to the beach, had a couple minor issues that one of the property mgrs came and fixed within 1/2 hour. It was the perfect size for 2 of us. Although we could have fit more. The listing did seem like there was 2 rooms, it was really the living room w pull out couch that had a lock on the door as well as a bedroom w/ bunk and queen. It was very comfy!”

“This is my 2nd time staying at this property and is the best overall comfort stay for me. The single room has a full-size shower with great water pressure. I love the clean cottage, grounds are very well kept and peaceful. Better than staying in a hotel and my dog loves it as well. ❣️”
