Inside, the sitting area around a flat-screen TV opens to the dining area, which seats 8 using a combo of chair and bench seating. The kitchen island seats 3 more on rattan, bar-height stools, while the all-white prep space features high-end appliances. You’ll find anything you might need to make a casual meal or gourmet seafood dinner.

Shiplap-accented walls lend farmhouse-chic appeal, while coastal artwork and accents set an island scene. A powder room on this level adds convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a queen guest room, opening to the porch, and an all-white king guest room share a full bathroom. The king room also has an open bunk area with twin-over-twin bunks. Plus, there’s an alcove with a set of twin-over-twin bunks, ensuring room for extra guests!
