  • Detta fantastiska hus vid havet är tillgängligt för Labor Day och erbjuds 2 eller 3 nätter till 20% rabatt. Detta fyra sovrum tre badrum hem är super rymliga och precis bredvid strandpromenaden till stranden. Den första våningen har ett sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och en uppsättning av två våningssängar, ett rymligt vardagsrum med spelbord och ett badrum. Uppför trappan finns kök, vardagsrum, tre sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet en kung och det tredje sovrummet har en drottning. Köket har allt du behöver för att laga din fångst av dagen. Hemmet ligger precis bredvid strandpromenaden och har fri utsikt över stranden. Detta hem erbjuder den perfekta miljön för en av en vänlig familjesemester! Detta hem har tillgång till en golfvagn, genom en tredje part till specialpriser som kommer att levereras direkt till din dörr! Det finns högst 4 bilar tillåtna på denna fastighet. Perfect home for family time. Everyone had their own space and time together. The sunrises from the balcony were stunning. Beach access was super close. We loved our time here and wish it could have been longer..... we didn't want it to end!

Beachfront Paradise

Absolutely loved this location and the unobstructed views of the water. We were so close we could hear the ocean waves. The boardwalk is close and provides beach access by foot and golf cart.

The beach is in the back yard!

We wanted a property that was as close as possible to the beach and we found it. There was plenty of room, a shared porch to watch the waves, and we had everything we needed in the place.

The glass enclosed balcony is such a wonderful thing. As you enter the living area on the upper story, the glass offers such a wonderful view of the gulf. Everything working as it should and right on the money with the listing's descriptions. Great communication with the property mgmt. Will definitely try to return next summer!

What a gorgeous property with perfect views and all you needed to make your stay so comfortable! Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of space to be together! Literally a 3 minute walk across the private boardwalk to the beach! Having the community pool was amazing as well! Golf cart rental was delivered right to the office for us and a discount from that company was offered to guests staying in this resort area! Highly recommend!

The beds are comfortable and the floor plan is perfect with a large bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs for the kids and bedrooms upstairs for adults. We stayed with another family for a week and our time flew by bc we had such a blast. The community is great and beach is super close! We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach access and exploring the coast! Thank you for a hidden gem and fabulous vacation full of amazing memories!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seemed the sand dunes were raised because we could not see as much of the people and carts on the beach like previous years. The house is in good shape and the outdoor furniture had new cushions. Within Gulf Waters I was pulled over by a security guard in a golf cart because he did not see the pass on my dash. Had one issue w beeping smoke alarms and the PAE maintenance crew came and fixed it quickly. We took in Mardi Gras parades in Aransas Pass, North Padre Island and Port A. It was a good stay.
