Welcome to our exquisite Ocean Drive home! Revel in unobstructed ocean views, perfect for morning coffee sipping. This home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodates 15 guests. Delight in our gourmet kitchen, tranquil lounging pool, and relaxing hot tub. We're just a few minutes from downtown, healthcare facilities, diverse dining options, and cozy coffee shops. Your delightful stay is our pleasure!
The Space:
Step into luxury with a simple touch on our digital keypad. You'll be greeted by generously spacious rooms, boasting chic and top-of-the-line finishes, comfortable beds, and striking ocean views. The main living area, nestled on the first floor, invites relaxation with a leather sectional couch, recliner, and a SmartTV. For extra comfort, there's an additional seating space complete with a futon, unfolding to a dining table for four. The first floor also hosts a gourmet kitchen, ready with all the essentials you might need and a dining space, offering seating for ten. Completing this floor is a convenient half-bathroom.
Ascend to the second floor to find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a covered patio. The master suite pampers with a king bed, large Smart TV, ocean view, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds, SmartTV, and direct patio access. The third bedroom has two large twin-over-queen bunk beds, SmartTV, and a serene view of the backyard. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen bed and SmartTV. A centrally located bathroom ensures easy access for all guests.
Outside, our enclosed, private backyard offers a haven of relaxation. Cool down in our shallow lounging pool on warm, sun-dappled days, and unwind under the stars in our soothing hot tub. We look forward to making your stay a memorable one!
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.
Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
