3 bedrooms all with queen beds and full baths. First level features private fenced patio with walkout access to the lovely resort pool. Second level is a massive common area featuring the large kitchen and dining table as well as family room and half bath. Off of the family room is the balcony over looking the amazing resort pool. Third floor has the laundry room and two more bedrooms and one balcony!

Each bedroom is equipped with 49" TV and Roku sticks to stream all your favorite apps and programs.

Each Bedroom features a QUEEN BED and a TWIN SIZE FUTON or LOUNGER (see pictures)

Our beds are made with freshly cleaned linens and comforters with each stay!

Pets are welcome (2 pet maximum) with paid pet fee.

One garage parking spot is included with your stay. One additional vehicle is allowed on the surface lot, first come/first serve. Street parking is just steps away for any other vehicles.

Just blocks away from Island Market IGA Grocery and Dollar General.

Walk or drive to fast beach access at Padre Bali Park/Bob Hall Pier. Or cruise to the solitude of the Padre Island National Seashore just minutes away.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).

• One set of freshly cleaned sheets and comforter for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of guests. We do not provide beach towels.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap will be provided.

Sorry we do not provide maid or towel service.

Best summer get away ever

We had an amazing time , Scott messaged me as soon as I messaged him about instructions on our check in gave great information on beach parking pass as well. The condo was wonderful great view clesn fully stocked with dishes and towels even some things for the beach such as boogie boards and sand castle building stuff. The heated pool was awesome and just being in the moment was wonderful. I will suggest bringing extra blankets though , was glad I brought a few extra we needed them it stayed very cool in the house but again was very relaxing and enjoyable, thanks Scott we hope to make another family vacation there next summer.

We really enjoyed the location of the property in the complex. The view down to the pool from 2 balconies was beautiful, especially at night. Walkout access to the pool from the bottom level was particularly great for a family with kids and all of their things!

Beach Vacay

The property was perfect for our group. There was plenty of seating in the living room and loved all the balconies. The pool was a lovely way to relax after spending the day at the beach. The checking in and checking out process was super easy. Communication with Scotty was great. He was very friendly and helpful.

Nice beach getaway

My family and I, along with some of our family with small children, and dogs, stayed in this cozy townhouse for 3 nights. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, the complex was fairly quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or security. Great area and convenient location- right across the highway from the beach! The living area was comfortable and large enough to accommodate everyone without being on top of each other. We loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and were pretty roomy! During our stay we cooked and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the pool, the tvs with streaming, plenty of hot water and storage space! The host provided a lot of extras like k cups for coffee, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Check in and out were super simple and the host was great! I will say that we didn’t find the mattress downstairs to be very comfortable but I suppose that is personal preference. Our family had no issues with the beds upstairs. Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

Great Property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house has great space for a family or friends to gather together. The pool is beautiful and peaceful. We liked walking and biking to the beach close by. The area is not to busy which we liked, but has restaurants and shopping you need when on vacation. Scott was a great host and if we needed anything he was right there. We would recommend this property. 👍

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION

Wow- This place is amazing! So we had a family vacation (6 adults and one child); This condo was perfect! The weather at the coast was great two days; but was solid rain one day... That meant we stayed at the condo- and we STILL had a great time! Everyone had their space/privacy; the main level with the TV/couch and the kitchen was the "central hub" for activity. Some stayed in the bedrooms/napping/reading. Others gathered in the main living area and had pizza/watched movies/etc. The property pool is GREAT!!!! The condo location is outstating; this is my favorite stretch of the beach (Between the packery channel and Bob Hall Pier). The new island grocery store is literally minutes away (No more having to go into flour bluff to HEB!!!!). Communication with the owner is a breeze; He's super available/very responsive. A+ all the way. Condo was very, very clean upon arrival. Everyone/whole family was very, very happy! We are already looking at our 2023 family trip...

Getaway

I've stayed at hotels and other bnbs in corpus and this place was by far the best. We had boat parking, its dog friendly, neighbors were friendly. Brand new grill we used was super convenient after being on the water catching snapper. Definitely recommend these town homes with our host being a 10 on a 10 scale.

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect setting and very quiet. You can walk to the beach but there is no reason to as you can drive your car right up to the water. Great local restaurants including a Fantastic mom and pop Mexican place right down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Beach vacation

My husband and I stayed here with four of our kids and it worked out great. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom so that was nice. We were able to sit on the decks and watch the kids down by the pool. We were there in March so the water was too cold to swim but the kids still put their feet in and played with other kids down in the courtyard. The garage was nice but too low for our suburban so we parked in one of the available parking spots. One beach was within walking distance and other beaches are very close. We drove to the beach and on the beach, which was great! It was about a forty minute drive to go to downtown Corpus Christi and tour the battleship. We had a great time staying here. Good location!!
