    Komplex / gemenskapen
    Detta är en vacker 3 sovrum / 2. 5 badrum två våningar radhus som är lätt rymlig nog för 10 gäster. Radhuset ligger i ett utmärkt läge nära stranden, du har en grind precis bakåt som gör den korta promenaden till stranden ännu kortare. Du kommer också ha enkel tillgång till många av Islands mer populära attraktioner, inklusive Packery Channel, Bob Hall Pier och den helt nya Schlitterbahn vattenparken. Komplexet erbjuder ett fint poolområde som är perfekt för avkylning efter en lång dag på stranden.

    INTERIÖR
    Detta är en av de snyggaste enheterna du hittar på North Padre Island. De kalla kustfärgscheman har en lugnande effekt som får dig att känna dig avslappnad när du går in i dörren. Den första våningen är rymlig och perfekt för underhållande eller spendera tid med familj och vänner. Köket öppnar till matsalen och vardagsrummet vilket gör att det är att forts��tta samtal medan du lagar mat och kopplar av med din favoritdryck efter en lång dag på stranden. Det finns en fin storlek HDTV i vardagsrummet så att du inte saknar det stora spelet och bekväma möbler i hela. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns en fin stor uteplats med bar-b-q grill och uteplats bord och stolar. Denna uteplats har också en privat entré / utgång som sätter dig några steg närmare stranden.
    På övervåningen hittar du alla sovrum, inklusive en king-svit med eget badrum, ett gästrum med en queen size-säng och ett tredje sovrum med två queen size-sängar. Dessa två gästrum delar en hall badrum men det finns ett halvt bad nere också. Också på övervåningen finns ett loft med en tvillingstorleksdags säng och en tvillingstorlek som viker ut ur den ottomanska. Strax utanför loftet är privat balkong för gästerna att njuta av sitt morgonkaffe medan soluppgångarna över Mexikanska golfen i avståndet.
    Missa inte den här nybyggda fastigheten, det kommer säkert att vara en snabb bokare nu när den är igång!

Perfect Spot!

The condo was a 2 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The condo had all the amenities and plenty of room for my adult children. Super clean and comfortable. Adding this one to our favorites!

Just like staying in your own home. The one thing we didn’t like was the back patio was a bit unkept and the bbq was not useable. Other than that we would stay again.

Some of our family walked to the beach to hang out or go to the tiki hut there in the evening. The bedrooms are spacious. It was fun meeting some of the neighbors and some were temporary residents. I definitely would recommend it!!

The patio area needed attention. We had asked if we could BBQ on the patio prior to arriving and was told not able to yet upon arrival there was a BBQ Gas Pit on the patio. Anyway, most vacationers do BBQ on occasion. We did cook our meals eaten there in house to abide by the gentleman's saying we weren't allowed to BBQ.

Good stay

The place is good although i think the house cleaners didn’t clean the place very well. The carpets still dirty because there’s a lot of spiky grass balls all over the floor and the carpet when we arrived. Most of us got hurt when we stepped on it. We got a little problem with the parking. It has only one reserved parking and we’re not allowed to use the garage.. what’s the garage for? We like the house in general.

Great Facility but lacks parking spaces.

Will not rent from this facility unless two parking spots are designated for that site.

Great condo, uncomfortable beds, awful check in

This condo is super cute and a great space for what we needed. It was pretty clean for the most part, however the beds were EXTREMELY hard and the master was actually some sort of inflatable or rubber mattress that squeaked and was incredibly uncomfortable. My biggest concern was our check in. I had been asking for weeks for an early check in, to which I was continuously told to check the morning of check in for availability. I got a message the night before offering a discounted stay to check in a day earlier, so obviously the home was available. I was denied early check in day of, then was not even provided check in instructions until almost two hours past standard check in time. My messages were not responded to and the phone line for existing reservations kept going to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone when I selected the option to make a new booking (shocking, you answer for new customers but not the ones who have already paid you) and was told the home had been ready all day, oops here are your check in instructions. No apology or explanation. This was extremely upsetting as we were trying to coordinate multiple households after 8-10 hour drives from out of town. Unacceptable customer service, very disappointed in this aspect.

The only thing that we had issues with was the glass front door. We kept getting locked in the house due to the glass front door not working properly. Also, it would have been great t to park in the garage. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely rent this property again if we are planning another trip there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property! It looked just like the pictures, and was very clean and decorated nicely. We used the grill (gas grill) on the patio both nights. Bath tub in master bedroom is huge and has jets! There is no direct path or walkway to the beach (it would be a short walk if you could cut through the back fenced in area), but it was a quick (less than 2 minute) drive to acess beach. Only complaint is we were not able to use the garage.
