Vacker poolfastighet på den helt nya Nemo Cay Resort!

Komplex / gemenskapen
Nemo Cay Resort D146 är i ett avskilt men ändå centralt beläget läge på North Padre Island, vilket ger dig enkel tillgång till allt som ön har att erbjuda. Nemo Cay Resort är det perfekta komplexet för familjer som vill komma ner och njuta av den nya vattenparken Schlitterbahn samt de många andra attraktionerna i området, inklusive vackra str��nder, bra fiske, golf, surfing och så mycket mer. Ändlösa miles av förblåsta stränder är bara en mil bort och flera lokala restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd och många fler ligger inom 2 mil.
Men det finns också mycket att njuta av på komplexet, inklusive en deluxe gemensam pool, barnpool, sprutfontäner, hytter, BBQ-gropar och en lekplats med rutschbanor, däcksväng och mer! Kommer det ner på vintern? Då kommer du verkligen att njuta av den uppvärmda poolen! Under hela komplexet hittar du palmträd och frodig tropisk landskapsarkitektur.
INTERIÖR
När du går in i fastigheten vid poolen hittar du vackert inredda interiörer och bekväma möbler. Det öppna vardagsrummet, köket och matplatsen ser ut över poolen och är utmärkt att underhålla. Bottenvåningen sovrummet och ett övervåningen sovrummet har king size-sängar, det andra rummet har en full storlek säng och 2 dubbla våningssängar. Alla tillsammans finns det tillräckligt med sängar för att sova tio bekvämt.

-Linne för varje säng och badhanddukar för varje gäst tillhandahålls.

-12 kopp kaffekanna

-En minimivärelse på två nätter krävs.

The staff at Padre Escapes has been great at helping us keep the cost affordable for our students and are readily available to help should we need it. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Perfect little getaway

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament and this was the perfect little house. Plenty of beds for everyone (hard to find when you’re a family of 8). The stairs were a little steep for my youngest (2.5 years), I’d recommend keeping younger toddlers downstairs and bringing a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs. Otherwise they had everything we needed for some fun and down time between games, bring your own hygiene products and if your staying more than a few days, extra trashbags, dishwasher pods, etc. We loved the community pool, little playground and the location for getting to the beach. Great hosts!

Easy access to the pool as well. We have stayed at several Padre Escape condos and this one is definitely a fav! I can say the only disappointment we all had, was realizing we didn’t take the hand painted Birthday sign we had planned on taking home. It was so appreciated and thoughtful. We wanted to go back for it but we were half way back to San Antonio! 🥺 We’re definitely bummed about that. Thank you for making this trip another great trip through Padre Eacapes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is very convenient. The check in and out procedures as well as communication was excellent. We were able to walk to several really great restaurants. We absolutely loved being right by the pool. We took a day trip over to Port A, and the local beach was very easy to get to. The condo itself was mostly clean. Linens were clean. There are minimal linens. The bedding is very thin. For those people that want more than a coverlet at night, bring extra blankets. The unit would benefit from having more than one single towel per guest. Providing pool towels would also be a great addition. The outdoor patio COULD be really nice too, but only 3 chairs. There was nowhere in the unit to hang extra towels from pool and only one shower towel bar(can’t accommodate towels for all guests). I do think this unit could be excellent. Some things that would set it apart would be outdoor furniture, upgraded linens, and decor.

We did find that most of the dishes in this unit were sticky & spotty, so we loaded ALL of them in the dishwasher when we got there. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi & the TVs are very hard to figure out (maybe provide instructions). Everything else was great- very clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable beds & nicely decorated.

Other than the water pressure in both the shower and sink upstairs the place was great! Our unit faced the pool so it was easy to watch the kids and a short distance to go in and out to pool , playground and bbq area .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in the area a lot and have stayed at many different condos but this has been by far the best! The condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and very clean! Most of the condos only provide you with things like TP, trash bags, etc to start off with but we were provided enough to last throughout the 4 days we were there. Also, when I had questions all I had to do with text in and they would answer my questions immediately. The best thing was our condo was ready early and I was sent a text as well as a phone call to let me know. This was the best hospitality I have experienced in a while. This is definitely 5 stars for me!

It was a bummer to have the top bunk beds cracked so they weren’t safe to sleep on but luckily we didnt need them, we had enough other beds! The fire alarm randomly went off, but they said they do that because of humidity levels-the 2am one wasn’t awesome. The tv wouldn’t connect to allow us to watch anything (WiFi wasn’t strong enough to connect) and if we didn’t have little kids we wouldn’t have even tried to use it. But really everything was great. Loved the pool area, the kitchen had more dishes/supplies than most places we have stayed!

Very clean and well equipped condo. Room for 4 adults and 4 kids under 8. Great location. Pool was wonderful after the beach, and to grill dinner. Super short drive to the beach.
