From here, stroll along a lakeside boardwalk that leads to the stunning, new infinity-edge pool lined with cabanas, or head to the sturdy dune crossover that takes you directly to the beach!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: You’ll spend most of your time in this charming first-floor living room with open kitchen. Gigantic windows showcase the community lake, letting in streams of sunlight to start your day. A soothing gray-and-white palette has an ever-so-subtle coastal theme, quietly recalling seagull feathers, sand, and shells, while contemporary lighting and accessories elevate the beach house aesthetic. Banquet seating adds character alongside a dining table. A powder room offers convenience for all who gather here.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the second floor, the king-size master suite offers coastal luxury, and two twin beds placed along the window offer the best view in the house! Enjoy a light-filled bathroom with double vanities and glass-front, walk-in shower in the master bath. And everyone will love the second-floor balcony for morning coffee and views over the lake.

GREAT FEATURES: This cottage offers guests access to the darling bridge pavilion, with built-in benches and more lakeside scenery. Back home, relax on the side porch swing that rocks in beachy breezes. A laundry closet keeps the family’s resort wear in great shape with ease, and private parking on a brick-lined drive makes it easy to come and go. Plus, you’ll have access to all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, too, including three more pools, Town Center activities during high season, a fitness center, restaurants, and more!

Every detail was thoughtful, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The cottage itself is a dream, but the overall community vibe has shifted. Influencers at every turn and more of a Spring Break atmosphere than any of the previous years we have visited. We miss the quieter, more neighborly feel of the North community.Still, for comfort, views, and amenities, this place is hard to beat!

Spent so much time on the porch swing, walking the beach (only about 4 min) and poolside. Even though we had many overcast days and serious wind, we enjoyed every moment. The dwelling was so pretty and was outfitted well with amenities. We'll be back!

Reviewer Comments: Our family needed this time to relax and recharge before school starts and this was the perfect way to spend a weekend.The convenience of the beach and all the amenities available made our stay so enjoyable in a way that just felt peaceful! We could cook or eat out, enjoy treats like the snow cones without having to get in an actual vehicle and go anywhere. Having a golf cart is a MUST HAVE! The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very sweet and welcoming. It made you feel like they were genuinely happy that you were there to enjoy time on the beach! This place was perfect for the 4 of us and we will definitely be back!!

Great location, very comfortable, cozy, equipped with everything you need but major concern with the mildew smell!! very strong smell that hits you when you walk in. If I was the owner I would get to the bottom of the daughter said she went home and washed all her clothes because they smelled like mildew. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for a couple’s getaway! The view from living room and bedroom is just gorgeous - and very relaxing. Home had everything we needed and was clean. Bed was very comfy. Lovely high-end finishes. Lots of construction going on but all homes in immediate area of this one have been completed, so the noise didn’t bother us. The pool is fabulous and the beach was not crowded in this area at all. Cart rental and beach chairs were handled perfectly and CS vacation office was easy to reach and responsive by text.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is in perfect location overlooking the pond. Great stay with everything you require. The only downside to the trip was the bonfire experience and lack of friendly assistance from the desk staff at cinnamon north location. Bonfire went out within 10min of lighting and the attendant took over an hour and a half to return. Emergency line was contacted via text and phone and they responded with no sense of urgency. At check-in, we arrived at cinnamon north unknowing south opened a check-in. The staff was not helpful with directions to the south check-in location or felt required to assist us in any fashion.

It was right on the lake which was absolutely breathtaking from both the second floor balcony and the front porch swing. it was a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The house was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable which I wasn't expecting! And there are these 2 little comfy seats by the windows in the master bedroom that allow you to just relax and read while taking in the beautiful views! We can't wait to come here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property looks exactly as advertised and the view is amazing!! It was very clean and well stocked. Please note that there is not an ice-maker and while there is a chest of drawers in the bedroom, there isn’t a bedroom closet. So plan accordingly. There is plenty of room for two younger kids in the sleeping area under the window. We very much enjoyed the property and would recommend it!! There was an issue on the South side with the internet while we were there (North side was good as they have a different carrier I guess), which was frustrating as we had difficulty even keeping in contact with family at home. We were notified of this an hour prior to check-in. Our experience with everyone in the main office was very pleasant and found them to be polite and helpful. That said, when we asked to extend our checkout by 1.5 hours so that we could reschedule a parasailing trip due to rain cancellation the day prior, they wanted to charge us $100 to extend. That didn’t sit right, especially given the major disruption of internet service and how it impacted our stay. We travel often and the level of service and price point should match.

I loved everything about it. The property looks exactly like the photos. Jules and the entire Cinnamon Shore Team was extremely nice in gifting me with a birthday card. The beach is located near the property we walked (less than 10 mins). I really enjoyed this hidden gem vacation.

However we were so very surprised to find that there was NO clothes closet in the unit And only two bath towels in bathroom even though it was advertised as a unit for 4 people. The last day we were there the crew forgot to set up the beach umbrellas requested by our family staying in another unit. They dud respond quickly and we did not have to wait long. Therefore we give this unit and this experience 4 Stars and not 5.
