SEASIDE PARADISE (tidigare Boolay Bungalow) har ett nytt namn som speglar dess uppdaterade möbler och inredning!
    DOWNSTAIRS är ett sovrum, en badrumslägenhet med högt i tak och en öppen konceptlayout. Det har uppdaterats med en shiplapvägg och beachy inredning! Hallen, matsalen och köket är rymliga och tillräckligt breda för att en rullstol eller walker kan navigera. Denen har två soffor, med en som en drottning bäddsoffa. Köket är fullt utrustat och enheten har en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
    Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en garderob, trägolv och sängar med högsta kvalitet madrasser och plysch sängkläder. Både sovrummet och vardagsrummet har ny, platt-skärm, smart kabel-TV och tillgång till höghastighetsinternet (WI-FI). Badrummet har en dubbel fåfänga, en stor duschkabin med en liten läpp för enkel åtkomst och en gripbar bredvid toaletten. Rampen utanför denna enhet intill parkeringsplatsen är rullstolsanpassad.

New Year’s stay

The property was wonderful. Everything you needed for our stay, easy walk to the beach and a restaurant! Port A is a great small town with locally owned restaurants!

The property was accurately listed, spacious with high ceilings, and overall comfortable interior. It was walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool had a hot tub and was easily accessible. Definitely would stay again.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The house/property was perfect. Right by the pool/hot tub.Short walk to the beach. King size bed very comfortable and a great dark room! We will definitely come back. Suzanne was great to work with!

Port Arasas

Just a short walk to the beach! Very beautiful area! The place was nice. Only downfall was upstairs neighbors during our stay were extremely noisy and did not sleep all night every night until our last night due to their constant pacing throughout the night.

My husband and I stayed over New Years the beach was a great way to bring in 2024. The place was so beautiful, well equipped and clean! We reached out to the property manager when we checked in and they were so helpful and nice! Loved it!!

Weekend Retreat

My family and I stayed here while a large group we were with stayed down the street. Excellent property. Clean and maintained well. Quick response time for any questions I had. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this property and will be coming back in the near future.

Fall weekend

We really liked the property. Very comfortable for my husband and I. We have some mobility issues and found everything to be very accessible for us. Nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed. The fall weather was great. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves.

Ideal For Us!

I have limited mobility, so having the downstairs unit was great for us. We found the unit to be very well decorated and equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. There is a washer and dryer which was very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful and clean

We loved our stay! It’s about a 3-minute walk to the beach, less than 1 minute to the community pool and hot tub. It’s very roomy and beautifully decorated. It is loud if there are kids running around the top floor, and that was the only minor downside. It would be perfect to book both the top and bottom floor for a family. We would absolutely stay here again! Great host with wonderful communication. It was very, very clean.

Seaside downstairs rental

Extremely enjoyable. The property is very well kept and decorated to make the stay as pleasant as can be. Everything was as stated and comfortable. The parking driveway was a little deceptive. Extremely steep which is not in the pictures or description. Not handicapped friendly even with a minor handicapOther than that recommend highly. Easy to reserve and management super nic and helpful

Great decor & location

Nice place while upstairs was vacant. Once people arrived we could hear the kids running & walking. Ok while away not so much while trying to sleep & early morning. Also, we couldn’t watch tv in bedroom due to bad remote.

Winter Texan Travels

This is a cozy one bedroom rental in a good neighborhood. The property manager earned super positive feedback as her responses were fast and very supportive! The handyman, Rick was a skilled dedicated worker. They formed an excellent team. The kitchen and laundry facilities were certainly convenient. The cleaning done prior to checking in is an opportunity to improve. More attention to deep cleaning the floors, dusting and the shower are recommended. This rental met the needs of a Winter Texan couple!

Nice Place!

The house, bottom floor, was clean and had everything we needed to stay for a few days. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable at all so one of us slept on the couch instead, which was comfortable. The house is very close to the beach. A suggestion is to possibly have in the VRBO package that you must get a Beach Access sticker for all public Port A beaches before you can park at the beach. The sticker is not expensive ($12) and can be found at any gas station, but it would have been good to have this information prior to our going to the beach and then having to leave and buy the ticket before returning to the beach. One other suggestion would be to have area rugs in the living room and in the rooms/deck on the 2nd floor. I know there is the sand but the first floor echos and all footsteps and rolling of suitcases, and with kids jumping and running around on the 2nd floor, it was quite noisy on the first floor, especially in the evenings and late nights. Suzanne, the property manager, was great and always available and responsive to our noise and cable outage concerns. Suzanne made the booking process and helped make our stay at Sand Point enjoyable. We would definitely stay again, but would stay in the upper floor of the house.

Great Port A Getaway

Great property and very comfortable. Had a great time. Pet frog out front every evening was fun. Upstairs guests can be heard a lot and had a shower when items were washed on the deck upstairs while we were sitting below. Nice folks upstairs and once we let them know no issues. proximity to the beach is great and the pool was great. Loved it. Thank you.

Great place

Decorated nicely, clean and great location. The only negative thing…loud, loud neighbors above. Maybe when renting the upstairs, remind people about the people downstairs…especially if upstairs they have children.
