Beach Please! is a newly remodeled ground floor townhome near the beach in the Safe Harbor development. With bright colorful décor throughout, this home has accommodations of two bedrooms, two bathrooms that sleep eight. The fully equipped kitchen has spacious granite countertops, decorative backsplash, new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy your stay, worry-free. The large dining table offers seating for eight to enjoy meals or for a friendly game of cards. There is additional adjacent seating for three at the bar. The living room is maximized for your vacation comfort. The couch (which folds out into a Queen sleeper sofa) and loveseat are adorned with plush pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio while taking in the ocean breeze or cook the days catch on the charcoal grill. The guest bedroom (BR1) is furnished with two sets of custom built-in Twin bunk beds, nightstand, TV, closet, chest for your beach attire and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The full hallway bathroom has a granite vanity top and tiled tub/shower to clean up after a day at the beach. The master bedroom (BR2) has a king-sized bed, nightstands, luggage rack, TV and chest. The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and pebble tile shower with bench and glass doors. The shared pool is only 200 feet from the door and offers a shallow play pool for small children in addition to the larger pool. House was clean and host was very responsive. Close to the beach but no beach view. Pet-friendly. Not a lot of areas for pets to potty where there weren't stickers. Was a comfortable stay. Pet fee kind of high. Overall a good stay.

Great Location

This unit is in a good location and had everything we needed except a grill. The listing stated it had a grill, and showed it in the pictures, but there was not one. The unit was clean and spacious. The mattresses could definitely use an upgrade. The bunk beds are extremely high off the ground, which can be a problem if you have small children. The top bunks are very close to the ceiling fan. The pool was very small and dirty. Overall a great place if you do not have small children with you.

Fruit Flies

The Apartment was quite nice. The height of the beds were too high for disabled me, but you didn't know that. tThe main problem was the fruit flies that escaped from the frisge and the waste disposal bin. We kept swatting them but they were hard to eradicate

The place is as described and good value. Clean, nice, place, close to town. If your gong to be at the beach, don't want to pay a arm and a leg for a high rise, I would recommend this place. We are a family of 5 and plenty of space.

Perfect spot

We stayed there for a few days during spring break. The house was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, there was complimentary shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, and the laundry was so nice to have in the unit. So close to the beach and several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was clean, the beds were so comfy, and the Wi-Fi and cable were great! It was everything we hoped it would be.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed staying at Beach Please! It was very clean and loved the decor. It was perfect with 2 kids since they each had their own bed. The location was fantastic and close to the beach! I would definitely recommend this house. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. There was a little bit of a bug problem, but not a huge issue unless you are deathly afraid of bugs. Otherwise loved this house and will stay again.

Easy Beach Please!

Very nice property. Have been coming to Port A for 52 years. No view or access to beach but very nice 1-story close to town with ample parking and nice porch. Good for us to join a group staying in a bigger house with rooftop deck. Still this little ranch 2-B deserves an A rating.
