While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB : Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.
Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Beautiful Homes
We stayed in both houses. Both were extremely clean and had everything we needed to stay including all paper goods. It was a great experience and I highly recommend staying in both of these properties. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any messages sent.

Overall, this was a great property. We loved the many clean bedrooms which were good to have when you have families within a family. We had adults and kids in various age groups. It was fun watching them go from the pool to the hot tub. The piano was a nice touch! The property was well stocked as advertised. We appreciated the owners prompt responses before and during our stay.

Chris and Mindy were very responsive when questions/concerns arose. We did get quite a bit of rain during our stay but that didnt slow us down. The homes met our needs and were spacious. Would highly recommend:)

What an awesome place to stay!
15 adults in college age adults enjoyed both of these homes so much. The layouts are spectacular for having everyone spread out in their own space. The pool was fantastic to swim and relaxing. The kitchens were dreams. Both houses were extremely clean and laid out well. Comfortable beds were a plus I can’t go on enough about how wonderful the property management team was. They were so communicative and easy to deal with. We will stay here every time we’re in town.

To start, the property was gorgeous but there was a lot of defered maintenance that needing to be done. For the price we paid, I expected no issues. Pool maintenance came after we checked in, dumped chemicals in the pool and we were told not to use it for 4 hours. That should have been prior to us arriving. There were some broken items such as a can opener, icemaker, lights and faucets. Owner was responsive but since we were there for such a short time, we chose not to have the repairs done. Beautiful property just needs a little more attention paid to the details.
