Sunset Shores--4 BR/3 BA, Walk to the Beach, Heated Pool, Dogs OK

Sunset Shores has everything you need to create great family memories in Port Aransas. This spacious 4 BR/3 BA townhome is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, dining, and shopping, has a heated community pool, great sunset views, and is dog-friendly.

The tastefully-decorated home sleeps 11 guests, has a full kitchen, and features two living areas--one downstairs and an upstairs loft for the kids. There is a fenced patio for your cookouts and a 2nd-floor balcony to enjoy our sunsets.

Sunset Shores is located in the Gulfside Townhome Complex which is just a couple of blocks from the beach and has a heated community pool. When you enter the home, you're greeted by a large living/dining area with cable television and wireless internet. Beyond the dining area is the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and a custom coffee bar to start your day. Outside, you'll find a fenced patio with a picnic table and barbecue grill. The downstairs also includes a spacious bedroom with its own television and a full bath with tub/shower combination and custom tile.

When you make your way upstairs, you'll find a second living area with cable television and a DVD player. It's the perfect spot for the kids to play or for adults to read or relax in a private setting. There are also three bedrooms upstairs--each with their own television. One has a queen bed, another has twin beds, and the bunk room has a lower double bed and an upper single bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony to enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the nature pond and bay. The upstairs also has two full bathrooms--one with a tub/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower. There is even a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property is in Port A's "golf cart zone" meaning guests can bring or rent a golf cart to get to the beach and around many areas of town. There is reserved parking for two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park in the guest parking area, but be aware that parking can be limited especially during summer and holidays.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $100 pet fee per pet for the entire stay and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

Sunset Shores is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the buildings. Guests may smoke outside as long as smoke does not enter the building and guests clean up after themselves.
