The Space: * DUPLEX #1*
This property hosts two units sharing a communal entry hall; Duplex #1 encapsulates the charm of ground-floor living. A digital keypad grants access to this space featuring a living room boasting a plush queen sofa bed, a pair of cozy armchairs, and a SmartTV, ensuring a relaxing entertainment experience.
Follow the natural flow into the dining area adorned with a stylish table, four chairs, and a bench, seamlessly transitioning into a fully-equipped kitchen to delight the home chef. To the left, find two tranquil bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen bed and TV for personal unwinding. Separating the bedrooms is a pristine bathroom, complete with a versatile shower/tub combination.
*DUPLEX #2*
Duplex #2, the upstairs twin to Duplex #1, is accessed via a shared hallway and a short flight of stairs. Unlock the door with a digital keypad and step into an expansive open-plan kitchen and dining room. A table with six chairs awaits shared meals, enjoying the glow of the surrounding ocean views.
Adjacent to the dining area is the welcoming living room, designed with relaxation in mind. Furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a SmartTV, it's the perfect space to unwind after a day of beach exploration. Both bedrooms and the bathroom reside to the left of the entrance. The first bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, with a TV for individual entertainment, while the second bedroom showcases a queen bed and a SmartTV. A fresh, contemporary bathroom with a shower/tub combination thoughtfully separates the bedrooms, ensuring privacy.
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! There is a private parking pad on back side, with space for 1 car from each duplex.
Interaction with Guests: We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival. We're only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
