“Went w my family & friends for my birthday. Booked the villa w private pool and jacuzzi all inclusive and WOW! Property and our room was gorgeous. Breakfast spot @ Maria’s is delicious with great service anywhere you go. Book the dinner reservations AHEAD of time or email them especially those in the city or else they’ll try to tell you there are no more reservations. PS they will try to sell you on time shares checking in and keep checking back in w you about it ”

“Hotel was beautiful, serene and relaxing. Room was perfect and beds comfy and a/c cold. Mini fridge kept stocked everyday (tip sugar free soda only available in this area)Housekeeping did a fabulous job as well . Pools were clean and the perfect temperature and the staff around the pool Amazing!!! Serigio and Mericruz were top notch. “Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”
