“Got a 1 bedroom villa in building #2 with ocean view, large balcony and that was great but the room itself smelled old and moldy, very dark kitchen. It was also noisy in the mornings (construction, restaurant, maintenance). Had to change rooms due to original room wasn't clean properly. Second room could have been cleaned better as well (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, dishes had a strong smell of cascade detergent)
Upon check in, was asked to join some hyatt club presentation the next day...

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”
