I stayed here in 2023 so things have changed in 3 years…..and not for the best.
Disappointed that room did not have a mini kitchen…..not even a microwave. People staying in conjunction with hospital should be offered rooms with at least a microwave.
We had to ask housekeeping to make up room a few times.
Windows were filthy.
Fortunately the ice machine still available!!
The breakfasts were a joke! It looked like leftovers from dinners at surrounding restaurants- ribs, broccoli, cauliflower etc with watery eggs and dried out pancakes. Nothing like the incredible breakfasts in 2023. The breakfasts was one of the reasons for booking here again…told. my husband how good it WAS…..not this time….,so disappointing.
Disappointed the smoothie bar was replaced with offices. The pool bar was not busy at all so there is potential to offer basic smoothies at this bar…..people recovering from surgery can’t drink alcohol!
The pool was quite cool and the hot tub was colder. Apparently waiting for a part. Somebody with influence got a hose run into the hot tub so their kids could use it….nothing like that for the rest of us.
The doggy bag containers on the wall ways were empty the entire time…..maybe cabos dogs don’t crap.
Jorge Quiroz gave us extraordinary customer service every time we chatted or requested something…..he even tried to find us a hockey game on the lobby TV. The elderly cleaning lady was friendly as well. She couldn’t speak any english but she smiled and hummed lots❤️
