Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“They were doing construction during our stay, but that didn’t affect the quality of our trip. The resort was very nice, the staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The room included Tide detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, trash bags, dish soap and more. We were also close to grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants.
