âGorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.â

âMy husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, and the staff made it incredibly special. Every evening during turndown service, our maid, Graciela, went above and beyond by creating beautiful anniversary messages on our bed using colored rice, decorating with balloons, organizing our bathroom, and leaving chocolates. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly celebrated throughout our stay.
