Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Wer den rustikalen Wohnstil liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Areal ist abgelegen, so dass es auch keinen Nachbarn stört, wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Großzügiges Bauernhaus mit gesamt 4 Küchen. Teilweise müssen sich die Zimmer die Bäder teilen. Wir sind mit 25 Personen angereist, darunter 4 Kinder. Hier konnte man sich auch, wenn man es wollte, gut aus dem Weg gehen. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”

“We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.”

“We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

“We had a lovely week at Casa Oleandra. The communication with the owner before, during and after our visit made us feel safe and comfortable and everything went smoothly. Lucia met us at Scarlet's Bar and gave us a house tour. After that we pretty much got by on our own. The house was spacious and pretty and we found everything we needed and more. The pool area was adorable and offered many peaceful moments accompanied by the bells of the cows and sheep nearby. The pool itself was perfect for...

They all were happily surprised by the nice pool, standard o the house and not least the hospitality of Signora Paola. At several occasions we combined a day at the pool with an afternoon at the beach. The house kept rather cool in spite of high temperatures. Lovely in all senses!”
