“I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks...
